Kim teaches Vinyasa Flow and Power Yoga classes in South Dublin and Dublin City Centre.
In a Vinyasa flow class a series of postures are linked with the breath in order to build heat and strength in the body. This type of yoga helps to improve flexibility, cardiovascular fitness and muscle tone while also burning calories to aid with weight loss. In Kim’s classes expect a physically strong but mindful practice, with a focus on body awareness, core stability and quality of movement. The classes are fun and free moving with plenty of variety to constantly challenge the body in new and innovative ways.
